Terms & Conditions


  • We accept all major credit cards via our secure online gateway powered by Stripe and PayPal.

Returns & Claims

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products as they are food items.
  • Refunds only given if product is faulty or damaged.
  • If your item is lost or delayed and would like a replacement, you must re-purchase your order. Your original order will be refunded when it is returned or deemed lost by the carrier.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Photographic proof is required for claims.
  • Do not dispose of any packaging or product if you wish to make a claim.
  • If an order is returned by the carrier or customs due to a delivery or import issue, only the product will be refunded. Not the delivery costs.


  • Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
  • You will be emailed notifying you when the refund has been processed.


  • Customers are responsible for any import charges or taxes. These are charged by your country when importing internationally.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to understand their countries rules and regulations when importing our products.
  • Colour Mill will not be responsible for losses during transit which are the fault of the customer. Eg. Refusing to pay import taxes (if required), incorrect shipping address, stolen packages.

    • Free worldwide on all orders over $150
    • Excludes wholesale/trade customers.

    Domestic Postage

    • Standard Shipping $9.95 Australia wide with tracking.
    • Express Shipping $14.95 Australia wide with tracking.

    International Postage

    • DHL Express Shipping 4-5 Business Days, calculated at checkout.
    • Excludes any customs charges.
