Make piping a piece of cake with our disposable, degradable and durable Piping Bags! Each pack contains 50 individual Piping Bags.


Preheat Oven & Make the Meringue

  • Preheat the oven to 135°C (275°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Beat the egg whites until frothy, add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the caster sugar, beating until super glossy with stiff peaks.
  • Your meringue is ready to colour!

Colour your Meringue Mixture

  • Divide the mixture into 5 small bowls
  • Colour 4 of these bowls using colours from the Aqua Pastel Pack - Lemon, Mint, Baby Pink & Baby Blue.
  • On a flat surface, lay out a sheet of cling wrap and begin placing all 4 of your coloured meringue mixtures in a line next to each other.
  • Roll the cling wrap up and place it into your Piping Bag with the 4B Piping Tip.
  • Place your uncoloured meringue into a Piping Bag with the 1A Round Piping Tip.
Equally divide your meringue mixture and colour using Aqua Blend Lemon, Mint, Baby Blue & Baby Pink.
Line up your meringue on a sheet of cling wrap before rolling up and placing into your piping bag!
Pipe your meringue rainbows onto your baking tray, using a toothpick as the 'topper stick'.

Assemble your Rainbow Topper

  • On your prepared baking tray, lay out a tooth pick and pipe your rainbow, making sure that one side of the rainbow is on top of the toothpick - the toothpick will be your 'topper stick'
  • Pipe your clouds onto the bottom of your rainbows.

Bake your Rainbow Meringue's and Top on Cupcakes!

  • Bake your rainbow meringue's for 60-75 minutes until crisp.
  • Turn off the oven and let your meringues cool inside completely.
  • Once cooled, place your rainbow meringue topper onto your cupcakes and Voila!
