Returns & Refunds

While we know you're going to love our incredible, edible colours, with your health & safety in mind, we do not offer returns, refunds or resell our products intended for use with food, unless the product has a manufacturer's fault.

If you have a missing item from your order it will be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements.

 

Return Charges

If your order is returned to us due to refusal of the parcel or import clearance, full freight charges including the return freight cost will apply and be deducted from any applicable refund. If you received free shipping with your order, the full freight charge including the return freight will apply. If something goes wrong on our behalf, don't worry we will take care of it!

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, we're here to help!
Send an email to hello@colourmill.com.au and if deemed faulty you will receive a full refund of your item. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements.

 

Damages

No matter how carefully we pack your order, damages during transit can happen. In the case of this unfortunate event, please report your incident to hello@colourmill.com.au for our team to assess and rectify.


Lost Items

Packages lost in transit are covered with a full refund following an investigation carried out by the carrier. Unfortunately, stolen parcels are not, so please make sure to have your packages shipped somewhere where they will be safe and sound!
