    Alex — Save Me Some Sweets

    Voted 2024's Buttercream Artist of the Year, this makeup artist turned professional pastry chef has a serious knack for cake design. Specialising in lambeth, vintage-style cakes you won't want to miss her piping perfection that needs to be seen to be believed.

    Kayla — Cakes with K

    Kayla is the ultimate cake decorating swiss-army knife. She's an absolute weapon at pretty much every cake decorating style under the sun; from beautifully elegant, minimalist wedding cakes to floral boho, bold kids cakes and literally everything in between. She'll be MC'ing the stage and can't wait to show you her approach to cake design.

    The founder and head-decorator behind Digby Cakes, Louie is known for her eye-catching designs with serious wow-factor. She's got an unparalleled eye for colour and can freehand a patterned shag cake like nobodies business.

    Julia - Miss Biscuit

    Melbourne's own royal icing royalty Julia of Miss Biscuit is back! She'll be gracing the stage with her impeccable and widely recognised cookie design and decorating skills, ready to demystify the world of royal icing!

    Janelle - Sassy Sprinkles

    Winner of My Kitchen Rules 2022 and owner of Sassy Sprinkles and Nelle's Kitchen, Janelle is an all rounder with out of this world skills. She can bake and decorate with any medium you throw at her as the ultimate jack of all trades, but has somehow managed to master them all.

    Nina - Sophia Mya Cupcakes
