You'll Need

Step By Step Guide

Prepare Fondant Base

  • Roll out your main fondant colour (we chose Chocolate!) to about 2–3 mm thick.
  • Using a square cookie cutter, cut out your fondant to match the shape of your cookies.
  • Set the square of fondant aside to slightly firm up, which helps with clean cuts.

Cut out the Numbers

  • Use the plunger cutters to press out your chosen numbers in the centre of your fondant square.
  • Carefully remove the numbers using the plunger ejector. If it gets stuck, you can use a palette knife to scrape it out.

Tip: Keep the removed fondant numbers aside in case you want to flip the colour palette!

Add Lustre (Optional)

Mix your chosen Lustre Blend with a small amount of Bakers Booze to create a paint-like consistency. Using a clean brush, flick or splatter the mixture gently over the fondant cookies for a shimmering finish. Allow it to dry completely before handling.
