    Sage

Can we give you some Sage advice? With its subtle blue undertones, it's a must-have dusty green for on-trend bakes.

    What you need

We are using six parts White, two parts Green and half a part of Black. Adjust the amounts as needed but keep this ratio. For example:

    Step By Step Guide

    1. Start with White as your base.
    2. Add Green gradually, kneading well until evenly mixed. You’ll get a soft, fresh Green.
    3. Slowly knead in the Black to tone it down. This step is key, it mutes the brightness and gives you that classic Sage hue!

    Peach

Get a peach of this perfect pink-orange blend that's sure to make you smile.

    What you need

We are using six parts White, one part Yellow and one part Red. Adjust the amounts as needed but keep this ratio. For example:

    Step By Step Guide

    1. Start with your White base.
    2. Knead in Yellow until fully combined.
    3. Gradually add Red - this will bring warmth and create that classic peach tone.
    4. Mix thoroughly until the colour is smooth and even throughout.

Tip: If the colour turns too orange, you can adjust it by kneading in a little more white fondant to soften the tone.

    Lavender

Boy do we love her. This dusty shade of light purple is as beautiful as she is sweet (depending on the bake of course).

    What you need

We are using three parts Candy, one part White and one part Cobalt. Adjust the amounts as needed but keep this ratio. For example:

    Step By Step Guide

    1. Start with Candy as your base.
    2. Add in White to lighten and soften the tone.
    3. Gradually knead in Cobalt - this brings in that cool, purple hue.
    4. Mix thoroughly until the colour is smooth and even throughout.

Tip: Start slow with Cobalt as too much blue can quickly turn it closer to a violet tone. If the result is too dark or vibrant, add more white to soften it back to a pastel tone.
